If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.
They must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date.

When importing items to the UK and Canada, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.

We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order.
