Shipping

Shipping cost are calculated at the checkout.
You will have choice between local courrier or DHL Express. 

Europe delivery time: 2-5 days, once shipped with DHL, 7-15 days with local courrier 

US: delivery time: 3-4 days, once shipped with DHL, 10-17 days with local courrier 
Rest of the world: delivery time: 5-7 days, once shipped with DHL, 15-20 days with local courrier 

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the dispatchment.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. The customer is in all cases responsible for all extra charges.

Returns

Returns are free of charges, we take care of them.

Exchanges/refunds will be given up to 15 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at return@ihsansociety.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with your receipt.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
